And other conditions.
Please read through before commissioning me, purchasing a character or buying something from my shop.
Select a specific set of terms:
This is my terms of use for artwork I’ve made for you.
This applies to any and all images I have made for you of your character regardless of whether or not it was commission work, gift art, art payment, etc.
I retain copyright to any and all art I make and can use it however I want.
I however, I do not claim copyright to the character design itself depicted in the artwork unless it is a character designed by me.
You must properly credit me as the creator of the artwork wherever you use it online. Proper credit should include any of the following: a working clickable link to any of my social media or my website OR tagging me if I have an account on the platform you’re using it on (use @Fussyraptor not @/Fussyraptor please).
After I’ve drawn something for you of your character then you can:
✦ Use it as a profile picture or icon.
✦ Use the artwork as a pagedoll or page decoration.
✦ Upload to your character’s Toyhou.se profile.
✦ Decorate your character’s Toyhou.se profile with it.
✦ Set as your phone/desktop background.
✦ Make into personal physical items like a pin or poster.
But you may NOT do the following:
– You may not edit my artwork in any way, apart from resizing the image to a lower resolution without cropping it. (However as an acceptation to this you may only crop it around the character’s face to use as a profile picture, just make sure you still credit me properly.)
– Do not draw genitalia onto my art or use it for anything NSFW related.
– I do not permit my work to be used by others in/for political, or potentially defamatory content.
– You may not use my art in AI generated content, or for AI training. You may not upload/submit any files of the artwork to be used for AI services either.
– You may not send my artwork to companies located in Hong Kong, China, Korea, or Nigeria. (This is to help prevent bootlegs)
– I don’t allow my artwork to represent/be used as cryptocurrency, or be made into NFTs (non fungible tokens).
– You may not use my artwork for commercial use, such as making it into products to sell or making the image into a Vtuber.
– Please do not upload my art as your own post on social media.
– You are not permitted to sell my artwork.
I do not take attempts to scam me out of my work lightly. If a specific image in question was paid for as a commissioned piece of art, then I may revoke your permissions to use it if you file a chargeback/payment dispute against me and it goes through all the way with the funds being taken from me.
If you are violating these terms, then I may use a DMCA takedown or other legal means to remove any existing unlawful/unauthorized or inappropriate use of my work.

This is my terms of use for character designs.
Note that this applies only to the character’s design. for the terms regarding the image(s) I made of the character please see the above section “Artwork/Image Terms of Use”.
These are my terms and conditions of use for all of my original character designs that I have sold/traded/given away under the name Fussyraptor. You only get permissions to use a design of mine if you have a license from me for it.
General terms:
– When you purchase or receive a character design made by me (Fussyraptor) then you get a non-exclusive, revocable license for personal non-commercial use of the character’s design.
– I (Fussyraptor) as the original author, entirely retain the full copyright to all of my character designs.
– If you resell, gift, or trade away the character I made then (for character transfer purposes) your license for said character will be revoked, then the person you are selling/giving/trading it to will receive this same license. This is to ensure the new owner actually has permission to use the design they are getting and to help prevent duplicate licenses per character. If you sold the character design and the buyer ends up doing a chargeback then this process will be reversed in order to keep you from getting scammed out of your license, however you should save valid proof of the chargeback and other important information incase you need to notify me about it. If you receive a design of mine then I also recommend you save valid proof of the transaction and other important info incase for whatever reason you need to prove license ownership.
– You must properly credit me as the creator of the design whenever you post art of the character or repost image(s) of the character that I made (if it’s an image I made then credit me as the artist as well please). Proper credit should include any of the following: a working clickable link to any of my social media or my website OR tagging me if I have an account on the platform you’re posting it on (use @Fussyraptor not @/Fussyraptor please).
What you CAN do:
- Make personal artwork of the character!
- Make changes to, or redesign the character (as long as it is still recognizable enough as the same character or as a derivative work).
- Gift, trade or resell the character for any price at any time. (However, you may not resell, trade or gift the character to multiple people!)
- Use the character as a “sona”.
- Make up stories for, or role play with the character.
- Use original images you made yourself of the character design on physical items for personal use only.
- Commission other artists to make art and other personal goods of the character for you, such as portraits, badges, plushies or even costumes.
What you CAN NOT do:
- You may not use the character for anything NSFW.
- Do not use for sexualized content of feral animals/creatures.
- Please do not use the character design for or in political content.
- Don’t use the character for illegal activity.
- I don’t permit co-ownership/co-owning of licenses/characters.
- You may not use the character for commercial use, such as for making products to sell, for Vtubing in monetized streams, or for monetized videos.
If you are violating these terms, then I may use a DMCA takedown or other legal means to remove any existing unlawful/unauthorized or inappropriate use of my work.
A license to use one of my designs will only be revoked if you purposely violate these terms, use the design to defame me, or attempt a chargeback/payment dispute and it goes through all the way. I do not take attempts to scam me out of my work lightly.
I otherwise don’t revoke designs for any other reason, (besides when you resell/trade/giveaway the character to someone else, since it technically isn’t yours anymore and is for the new owner to use after you’ve done that).

This is my terms of use for my bases.
By purchasing any of my bases you agree that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions of use.
General terms:
– You must properly credit me as the creator of the base/lineart every time you make something with one of my bases and post it anywhere. Proper credit should also include any of the following: a working clickable link to any of my social media or my website, tagging me if I have an account on the platform you’re posting it on (use @Fussyraptor not @/Fussyraptor please), a working clickable link to my shop or including a working clickable link to the base’s sale page.
– You need to make sure my watermark is legible and easy to read. Such as flipping it back around if you flipped the image horizontally, changing the color of it to something that stands out from the background, not making it too small or too blurry/low resolution in the image to be easily read.
– If a base comes with .PSD file(s) it is your responsibility to make sure that the art program you use can open .PSD files. I will not be providing extra files or file types if you have issues because of your art program being incapable with .psd files!
– If a base comes with only .PSD files(s) and you use a mobile drawing app, it is very important that you research what the max resolution and amount of layers is that you can have for your device capabilities in your app! Please do not purchase any base of mine that only includes .psd file(s) with a resolution or amount of layers too high for your art program to open on your device!
– ⚠ Due to the non returnable digital nature of computer files, I do not accept refunds. It is your responsibility to make sure your art program can open .PSD files with this base’s listed image size and number of layers.
– If a charge back is attempted after buying one of my bases and it goes through all the way, then your permissions to use said base will be fully revoked and you may no longer use it in any way. If I suspect someone has done this (or acquired one of my pay-to-use bases without purchasing it from me) and uses it, then I may request to see a receipt or some other legitimate form of proof.
– If I have reason to believe you have acquired any of my pay-to-use base files without purchasing it from me, have done a chargeback or you are violating these terms, such as ignoring me, making excuses or blocking me after asking to see a receipt or acceptable proof of purchase then I may use a DMCA takedown or other legal means to remove any existing unlawful/unauthorized or inappropriate use of my work.
What you CAN do:
- Use my bases to create your own characters.
- Use for making character designs to sell as adopts.
- Use to make personal art of your character.
- Use my bases to take base/YCH commissions, as long as you make people aware that you will be using a base you purchased.
- Use what you make with my bases in your character’s reference sheet. (Credit is still required)
- Use images made with this base on physical items for personal use only.
What you CAN NOT do:
- Don’t resell, giveaway, share with friends/family or redistribute this base in any way.
- Do not claim you made the base. And don’t just not credit me at all.
- You may not remove, cover or intentionally crop out my signature. Please make sure it’s eligible.
- You are not allowed to draw genitalia onto any of my bases or use it for anything NSFW.
- Do not trace any part of my bases or use any of my pay-to-use bases without purchasing them.
- If you draw your own custom features/add-ons (lines) for any of my bases, then please don’t sell them for money or digital currency.
- If you create your own add-ons for any of my bases, then please don’t give them out to people if they contain lines that are modified versions of parts of the original base or otherwise reveal my line work.
- Do not use any of my bases or any images made with them for NFTs, AI image generation, AI training or AI services.
- You may not use images made with my bases on physical products (such as stickers, shirts, coloring books, etc.) to sell. If you create a character with one of my bases and you want to use the character commercially then just create your own original drawing of said character and use that instead.
- You may not give out .psd files or lineart of images you made with my bases to your customers. Please only give them a colored flat image in .png, .jpeg or .gif file format.
- You can not use my bases or images made with them in digital coloring books.
